Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties, or import fees.

We are not liable for any shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier.

J-Buy Living is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchase transactions you make at our store are completed directly with J-Buy Living. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any matters concerning any sales between you and J-Buy Living, including any injury, damage, or loss caused by the products and services purchased.
