We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason or no reason at all. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and credit the refund.
